Mr. Alak Kumar Pan is the “Chief Human Resources Officer” at Drillcon Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 27 years of rich exposure in Human Resources Management, organizational strategy and leadership development across the infrastructure, construction sectors. He has successfully led large-scale HR transformations, talent management initiatives, Industrial Relation, Administration, Liaison and workforce productivity enhancements in multi-national organizations.

He served the role of HR initiatives, talent planning and key human capital projects. His role involved developing recruitment and training strategies, aligning HR practices with business objectives and overseeing succession planning, performance management and leadership coaching.

Mr. Pan holds an MBA in Human Resource Management. He joined our company on April 16, 2025 and earlier he held HR leadership roles in some leading infrastructure company such as IL&FS ECC Ltd, Gammon India Ltd., HCC Ltd. and Patel Engineering Ltd., contributing to leadership development, performance management and organizational restructuring to enhance efficiency and drive modernization.
